JEM Studios Body Alchemist provides fitness and recovery services including assisted neuromuscular stretch, recovery bodywork (please click here to learn more about recovery bodywork), and personal training. 

Our services encourage clients to move healthier, more efficiently, and increase recovery to minimize injuries.

Our Goal is to improve kinesthetic awareness, combat the sedentary lifestyle, and increase overall body movements. Specifically, we want to build on and cultivate the demand for wellness and recovery within the Salem, MA community.
