A little bit about me: In 2020, as the world changed dramatically, I seized the opportunity to pursue my passion in the fitness industry. My journey began at Planet Fitness, where I developed a strong foundation in fitness training. I then refined my skills at StretchLab, where I deepened my understanding of bodywork and recovery. Today, I run my own fitness and recovery studio, offering comprehensive services. I’m continually striving to enhance my expertise and better assist others in reaching their fitness and recovery goals.

A little bit about me: With 3.5 years of experience working alongside an orthopedic specialist as a medical assistant in San Diego, I developed a deep understanding of anatomy and body healing. After relocating to the East Coast, I pursued my passion for wellness by enrolling at Elizabeth Grady Massage School in Medford, where I earned my massage therapy license. After graduating, I honed my skills at Massage Elements in Beverly for two years. Drawing from my extensive experience in both massage and fitness, I opened my own fitness and recovery studio. My personal journey of losing over 80 lbs in three years fuels my commitment to helping others realize their fitness goals through movement and perseverance.
