Cancelation Policy
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

24-hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment within that timeframe. If an appointment is canceled in less than the 24-hour period, 50% of the full amount of the scheduled service will be charged. 

No-shows
Applies to clients who do not communicate cancelations or reschedules with us through phone, text, or email. No prior communication from the client will be considered a “no-show”. Clients will be charged full amount for the missed appointment.

Late Arrivals
Late arrivals may result in shortened session times to accommodate other scheduled clients. Depending upon how late, your alchemist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start the session. Regardless of the length of session received, you will be responsible for the full session amount. Out of respect and consideration to your alchemist and other customers, please plan for your scheduled session accordingly and be on time.
